Sixty Minute Rolls

1/2 C. cold water
1 C. scalded milk
2 T. yeast
1/4 C. butter
3 T. sugar
1t. salt
4 C. bread flour

Combine water and milk in large bowl. Add yeast, margarine, sugar, salt and 2 C. flour and beat well with electric mixer. Stir in additional flour and make a soft dough. Knead well. Let rest 10 minutes then shape as desired. Let rise until double (about thirty minutes) Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
