1/2 pound ground beef
2 T. chopped onion
1/4 C. dried onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1C. water
1 can sliced mushrooms
1/4 C. sour cream
6-8 ounces noodles, cooked and drained
Brown ground beef; drain grease. Add onion and cook until onion is soft. Add soups, water, mushrooms and stir well. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Add sour cream just before serving. Do not boil. Serve over cooked noodles.
