2 can cream of chicken soup
1 C. chicken broth
2 C. cooked chicken
4 C. cooked rice
1 can chow mein noodles
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
1/2 C. chopped green pepper
1/2 C. chopped green onion
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1 C. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 slivered almonds
1/2 C. coconut
Combine soup and chicken broth in a medium saucepan to make gravy. Stir to blend. Add chicken. Simmer about 8 to 10 minutes until heated though.
