6 Cups potatoes
5 C. water
2. C onion
4 Chicken bullion cubes
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 can evaporated milk
2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
Combine potato, water, onions, bullion cubes in greased slow cooker. Cook on low 6 hours until potatoes are tender. Stir in bacon, milk, cheese and cook an additional 20 minutes. Makes 10-12 servings.
