3 C. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 C. sugar
1 C. oil
4 eggs
1 cup strawberries, frozen okay, add juice and all
1 cup mashed brown bananas (about 3 bananas)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C. nuts
Mix all ingredients together. Bake in 4 ungreased 3 X 7-inch loaf pans at 300 degrees for about 45 minutes or 2 large loaf pans for about 1 hour or muffin pans for 20-25 minutes. (Recipe from Vida Hatch in my mom's ward.)
