Bread Machine Cinnamon Rolls

3/4 cup and 1 Tbsp. Millk, 80-90 degrees F
1 Egg
3 cups Bread flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons Butter
2 teaspoons Active dry Yeast

Select the dough setting on your bread machine. Add warm milk and egg to pan. Add bread flour, sugar, and salt. Tap pan to settle dry ingredients, then level ingredients, pushing some of the mixture into the corners. Place butter into corners of pan. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add yeast. Lock pan into bread maker.

Start bread maker. When done, place dough on floured surface. Knead dough for 1 minute and let rest 15 minutes. Roll dough into a 15 X 10 inch rectangle. Spread 1/3 cup of softened butter over dough to within 1 inch of edges. Sprinkle 1/3 cup sigar, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg and 1/2 cup chopped nuts evenly over dough. Roll dough up tightly on long side. Cut roll into 1 inch pieces. Put rolls on a greased baking pan and let rise until double in size (about 45 minutes).

Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan for 15 minutes and then drizzle with powdered sugar icing made by combining 1 cup and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Blend until smooth. If too thin or thick add sugar or milk respectivly.
